Increasing STEM Education In The Elementary School

During this presentation, we will explain our progression of offering some STEM activities in the classroom to a full time STEM teacher and class for all students including school-wide collaboration on STEM. We will discuss PD our staff receives and different Project Based Learning opportunities our students get to experience. We will go over our daily schedule, our lab set up, grants, and more. There will also be time for questions and answers.

Todd Reagan

Wes-Del Community Schools
Todd Reagan is the Principal Wes-Del Elementary School. Todd has degrees from Purdue University in elementary education and Butler University in administration. He was a classroom teacher for five years and has been an elementary principal for 17 years.

David Lamb

Wes-Del Elementary School
David Lamb is the STEM teacher at Wes-Del Elementary School. David has degrees from Ball State University in elementary education and math education. He has been a classroom teacher for 20 years teaching 3rd grade prior to STEM.
