Democracy Quest: Where History, Literacy, and Technology Intersect
Enter 1787 Philadelphia via the provided virtual reality Meta Quest headsets. There, you encounter five residents and learn about their lives and what they think about what is happening down the road at the Pennsylvania Statehouse (what we call the Constitutional Convention). Democracy Quest makes learning actionable, purposeful, and engaging for students by immersing them into historical moments using virtual reality. This session will be provide attendees with an opportunity to try out this new learning tool and provide feedback to both the content and software developers.
